CATIC Real Estate Management Company (CREM) was established in 1994 with 3 million Yuan (RMB) registered capital on the basis of high quality and specialty talents. It is the member of Xiamen Property management Council and has been obtained grade Ⅲ qualification for property management in Xiamen. In 2004 CREM was awarded the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certificate. In 2006, the Hongxiang Building, which was managed by CREM, won the title of honor “Xiamen Municipal property management demonstration Building”.
CREM operates lease of entrusted real estate as well as provides professional property management services. Real estate management services include public place management, facilities operation and maintenance, professional housekeeping work, security services, parking management, gardens and landscapes maintenance, etc.
The Company currently owns standard workshop of 46,000 square meters (including Huli Industrial Zone 1 - Factory #1,2,3, Huli Industrial Zone 2 - Factory #4,5,7 ), office building of 6,700 square meters (Hongxiang Building at Hubin South Road) and residential building of 22,800 square meters.
